Job Description
ExecuSource is seeking a Trial Attorney to support the Litigation Department of a personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing a docket of personal injury litigation cases, drafting pleadings and legal documents, conducting research, and attending hearings and trials.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (or awaiting admission)
8 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law
Prior courtroom or trial-related experience (hearings, depositions, trial teams)
