Live Chat Support

CARING, Inc. is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the health, dignity, and well-being of senior residents and adults with disabilities. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live Chat Support professional to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and their families, providing essential information and support through our digital channels.

What You Will Do

Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received via live chat, providing accurate information about our programmes and services. Offer compassionate and empathetic support to clients, their families, and the general public, understanding their unique needs and situations. Guide individuals to the appropriate resources and departments within CARING, Inc. to ensure they receive the correct assistance. Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions within our internal systems.
