Role OverviewWe're looking for a Live Hanger to join our production team and help keep operations moving safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with live birds, carefully placing them into shackles on the moving line to support the start of our processing flow.
What You Will Do
You'll play an essential part in maintaining line speed, product quality, and a safe work environment while contributing to a successful production process.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position has a base rate of $22.45 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field
- High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required
- Experience in a poultry processing/manufacturing environment
- Prior experience hanging live chickens
