Job Description
Responsible for transporting animal loads as scheduled while following biosecurity protocols, with a mix of loading and unloading swine, and other duties such as feed haul and moving equipment.

Requirements

  • Valid Non-Expired Class A CDL
  • Live haul experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Lift/Carry heavy objects approximately 60lbs
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
  • Team oriented, self-motivated and positive individual with strong work ethics
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
  • 1 year driving experience preferred
  • Animal handling experience preferred but not required; will provide training
  • Ability to work in tight spaces; trailer compartment
