Role OverviewThis position assumes total responsibility for the “physical plant” of a residential property, including monitoring, identifying, and communicating problems in general maintenance, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance. The successful candidate must have an understanding of how systems function and be capable of performing corrective measures.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inspecting common rooms, lobbies, and hallways, checking desk logs, monitoring completion of work orders, meeting with management, and submitting weekly payroll. The candidate will also assist with preparation for and attendance at Board Workshops and Open Board Meetings, approve building staff vacations, and supervise maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have advanced working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems, and 7 years of experience. They will be able to properly utilize new equipment, follow safety procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building(s).
