Job Description
Join Pilgrim's as a Live Receiving Team Member on the Night Shift, with a starting wage of $22.53/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential. Benefits include 10 days of vacation, 401K contributions, and more.

Requirements

  • Place legs of live chickens into shackles at a rate required to meet line speed established by company standards
  • Insert drawers at required speeds
  • Load and unload crates off shuttle trucks
  • Keep loose chickens picked up off floor
  • Report any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to Leadership immediately
