Job Description
We seek a Live Receiving Team Member to join our team on the night shift at our Pilgrim's location in Arcadia, WI. As a Live Receiving Worker, you will rotate within the department, performing tasks such as live hanging, crate loading, and forklift operation. This role starts at $23.21/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential and offers various benefits, including vacation time, 401K contributions, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and use hands for up to 8 to 10 hour shifts
  • Ability to apply common sense and comprehend basic instructions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Must be observant and highly responsive
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination
  • Ability to operate a forklift preferred
