Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced LIVE Producer & Operations Manager to lead the execution of high-performing brand livestreams across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms. This role owns the end-to-end production process—from pre-production planning and merchandising setup through live execution and post-event optimization.
What You Will Do
You'll partner closely with strategists, creators, live hosts, client leads, and platform partners to produce livestreams that drive revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll own day-to-day execution of client livestream productions, develop detailed run-of-show documents and production timelines, and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in livestream production
- Proficiency across Live Shopping Platforms: TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon, Walmart
- Experience with TikTok Shop’s Streamer Desktop, or other livestream commerce platforms
- Ability to produce high-quality livestreams in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of merchandising strategy, promotional mechanics, and conversion optimization
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical production issues under tight timelines
- An analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into actionable improvements
- Experience collaborating across commerce, marketing, and client teams
