Role OverviewThe HR Instructional Designer develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs and learning materials to support employee performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness within Kettering Health. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging, effective, and compliant training solutions using instructional design best practices and technology.
What You Will Do
Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and blended learning programs tailored to employee and organizational needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs, define objectives, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education, preferably in healthcare or regulated environment
- Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., articulate 360, adobe captivate) and learning management system (LMS) administration
- Certifications related to Talent Development, Learning Experience Design, or Organizational Development preferred (e.g., CPLP, ATD)
- SHRM Certified Professional or related HR certifications are preferred but not required
