Job Description
The Load Planner plays a critical role in keeping UniGroup's transportation network running efficiently. You will plan and dispatch shipments, track orders from origin to delivery, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Plan and dispatch shipments to maximize truck capacity and meet delivery timelines
  • Monitor shipments in transit and quickly resolve issues to keep service on track
  • Communicate with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to coordinate and problem-solve
  • Negotiate with carriers and partners to support cost-effective transportation solutions
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
