Role OverviewThis position is responsible for loading industrial silos and parts to ship, using Grove (mobile cranes). The loader must be safety conscious, work well with others, and have a positive attitude/aptitude.
What You Will Do
Load and move industrial silos and parts using a Grove mobile crane, stage shipments, and provide good customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to attend 4 1⁄2 day course for operation of Grove crane system
- Basic understanding of how to read and interpret load charts
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively
