Loader Operator

Requirements

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to transport raw materials
• Load and unload materials from trucks and into hoppers, bins, or conveyors
• Coordinate with the production team to supply materials according to the production schedule
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Keep the working area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure that material supplies are adequate for production needs
• Work closely with plant management to identify operational improvements and implement best practices
