Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at SRM Concrete, responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials around the plant efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Loader Operator or in a similar role operating heavy machinery
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in industrial or construction environments
  • Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
