Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team at SRM Concrete, responsible for operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials around the plant efficiently and safely.

Requirements

  • Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to transport raw materials, including sand, gravel, and cement, to the mixing plant.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and into hoppers, bins, or conveyors as required.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing proper safety equipment, to minimize the risk of injury and accidents on site.
  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure that material supplies are adequate for production needs.
  • Work closely with plant management to identify operational improvements and implement best practices.
  • Be willing to assist other team members and departments as needed, including performing manual labor tasks.
