Role OverviewThe Loader Operator plays an essential role in plant operations by safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader/dozer to move aggregate materials throughout the site. This role provides the opportunity to contribute directly to daily production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You Will Do
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, perform pre-shift safety inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and report needed repairs to supervision.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- 1 year of Heavy Equipment experience; previous loader operator experience preferred
- Experience with a variety of hand tools
