Job Description
We're looking for a Loader PM to safely and efficiently prepare outbound shipments for nightly distribution at our corporate headquarters in Sewell, NJ. This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring products are accurately staged and loaded on time to support customer deliveries across our distribution network.

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
  • Experience operating forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related warehouse equipment
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to manage responsibilities within established deadlines and production schedules
  • Strong attention to safety, organization, and operational accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and workloads
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
