Role OverviewThe Loading & Assembly Associate supports daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations within the Architectural Millwork Service Department. This position is responsible for safely handling materials, loading finished cabinets and components, organizing warehouse inventory, assisting with product staging, and supporting assembly-line production as needed.
What You Will Do
Load, unload, move, and stage cabinets, millwork products, materials, hardware, and finished goods. Assist with preparing products for delivery and shipment. Verify materials, cabinets, and components against work orders, packing lists, or production schedules.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, production, cabinet, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver materials and finished products.
- Ability to read basic labels, work orders, packing lists, and written instructions.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail when handling finished products.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work safely around tools, equipment, machinery, and moving materials.
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
