Role OverviewThe Loan Advisor Sr will proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships that serves as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. Interview new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advise those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing while gathering any additional required data.
What You Will Do
Originate mortgage loans, achieve sales and referral goals, refer clients to other Flagstar business partners, market to and manage referral relationships, and participate in business-related development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of demonstrated networking and/or referral sales experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
- Minimum experience required: 2+ years of demonstrated networking and/or referral sales experience.
