Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to serve as a Loan Closing Specialist in our Homeownership Department. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely opening and closing of residential mortgage loan applications to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient customer service.
Requirements
Evaluate residential mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness.
Generate Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures within regulatory timelines.
Work closely with closing agents to schedule closings and prepare complete, accurate closing packages.
Provide Closing Disclosures to borrowers in accordance with TRID requirements.
Activate the Mortgage Insurance certificate when applicable.
