Job Description
The Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing supporting documentation for accuracy, including Laserpro loan documents and title commitments.

Requirements

  • Endures accurate and complete preparation of all Laserpro loan documents
  • Reviews loan approval conditions to ensure all conditions for closing are met
  • Reviews title work prior to loan closings, including vesting/ownership, lien positions, requirements and exceptions
  • Tracks title policies to ensure they are received after loan closing
  • Performs UCC searches and provides feedback to lending staff
  • Monitors UCC continuations/terminations
