They finance the builders, developers, and investors who move first — providing ground-up construction, bridge, and investment property loans designed around how real estate actually gets built. This is a true origination seat — you will own your own pipeline from day one, with structured training and direct support from both founders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0–1 years of professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Real estate or construction exposure
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Willingness and ability to obtain NMLS licensing
