Job Description
The Loan Officer/Branch Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient and effective operations at the branch level to ensure the maximum profitability and attainment of bank goals.

Requirements

  • Directs and supervises branch staff
  • Identifies, solicits, and develops new branch business
  • Opens various deposit accounts
  • Generates, approves and services a personal loan portfolio
  • Maintains contact with loan customers
  • Participates in community affairs
  • Conducts branch meetings
  • Manages the building maintenance functions
  • Prepares production reports
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and appropriate regulatory issues
  • Acts as backup for Relationship Bankers and CSRs
  • Participates in the bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program
  • Makes referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management
