Job Description
Loan Officer II responsible for commercial lending activities, analyzing financial ratios, and recommending loan requests. Performs loan closing and funding, monitors loan covenants, and detects early warning signs of problem loans.
Requirements
Keep abreast of industry changes, local economic, financial and legislative events
Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios
Prepare loan presentations, recommend or deny loan requests, and gather documents
Detect early warning signs of problem loans, monitor loan covenants, and report violations
Assist in loan closing and funding, analyze collateral values, and collect loan accounts
Comply with regulatory requirements, including Reg B, HMDA, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act, CRA, Privacy, and Security
