Job Description
The Loan Officer IV is responsible for meeting the banking needs of customers, focusing on loan generation, approval, and servicing, while adhering to bank policy and regulations. This role requires building relationships, generating new business, and managing customer loans.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Banking or finance or loan origination experience
  • Previous BankPlus product, services, and systems experience preferred
  • General computer and typing experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Driving and occasional travel, as needed for business purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Work outside of regular business hours, as deemed necessary
