Loan Operations Associate III (Code Review) (Hybrid/Richmond, VA)

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a team player
• Ability to respond to inquiries and requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames and within established policy
• Understanding assigned process and procedures as it relates to the job task
• Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with the Bank’s BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Providing excellent service to internal partners and customers
• Identifying and resolving issues within assigned function
• Performing all other job duties as assigned
• Providing high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information
• Taking accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
• Providing recommendations on areas of opportunities
• Performing advanced loan maintenance, code corrections and/or changes, reversals and reapplication of payments
• Performing manual interest accrual calculations
• Performing loan boarding of complex loans to core operating systems with accuracy
• Processing complex loan modifications, conversions, and extensions
• Participating in the production year-end regulatory tax reporting and corrective reporting
• Complying with dual control standards as required
• Ensuring daily production goals are met and maintain quality
• Participating on assigned projects
• Performing research with regard to complex loan and general ledger accounts
• Managing complex syndication, participation, Equipment Finance and SWAP transactions
• Performing complex manual system updates, form generation, and billing schedules
• Assisting with SBA, Federal Reserve Bank, and FHLB pledging reporting activities
• Providing cross-training to department teammates, as needed
• Handling escalated customer requests
• Supporting the functions outlined in the Loan Operations Associate I and Loan Operations Associate II roles as needed
