Requirements

  • Prepare loan documentation for consumer loans
  • Manage accuracy of boarding of loans assigned
  • Handle paid loan management, releasing collateral and processing of paid loans
  • Answer phone and email requests for payoff letters, releases, payments, advances and any other requests
  • Manage adverse action/withdrawn files
