Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in sales, customer service, insurance, financial institutions
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to educate members on products and services and cross-sell with a needs-based approach
- Time management, organizational, follow up skills, and the ability to process paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Loan Origination Systems or related
