Job Description
Greystone is a private national commercial real estate finance company seeking top Loan Originators (Mortgage Bankers) to originate, structure and manage mortgage transactions for nationwide multifamily projects. The position is in-office and will be located in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with origination Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and bridge multifamily loans.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate with a focus on multifamily mortgage lending.
  • Superior client relations and expansion of client relationships.
  • Determination and willingness to work long and hard to grow a business
  • Creative and a focus on solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Proven sales ability, with strong mathematical/analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized individual
  • Prior experience using SalesForce, preferred
