Requirements

  • Oversee the receipt of a file from a Loan Officer through Final Approval
  • Review and input changes into computer systems
  • Submit files to DHI Underwriter and review conditions
  • Read and comply with Quality Control policies
  • Review Loan Processor, Project to Close, and Timeline Exception reports
  • Reconcile the Fee Summary Sheet
  • Maintain an accurate communication log
  • Attend weekly processor meetings
