Role OverviewThe Consumer Loan Workout Specialist is responsible for the final disposition of charged off consumer and BBU debt to ensure maximum recovery of loan losses.
What You Will Do
Conduct systematic review of charged off loans, develop and implement workout strategies, and facilitate final disposition efforts with attorneys and collection agencies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Banking, Credit Union, Collection Experience, or Underwriting
- Knowledge of Consumer loan products, Bankruptcy laws, and State and Federal compliance mandates
