Job Description
The Loan Servicing Officer will be responsible for assigning and reviewing loan boarding, loan servicing requests, and processing various loan-related tasks. They will also need to solve moderately complex operational issues, perform as a senior liaison, and conduct training and assist the manager with department and bank projects.

Requirements

  • Expertise in crafting detailed reports, proposals, and documentation with superior written skills.
  • Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or requests from customers or employees.
  • Good analytical skills, including problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and conclusion drawing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with loan database software (Navigator, Vision)
  • Ability to interpret basic technical instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze detailed information and draw comprehensive conclusions.
  • Experience in leading teams through problem-solving processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail in overseeing projects, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Expertise in handling highly confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to foster professional relationships both internally & externally.
  • Leadership qualities including mentoring senior staff & leading by example.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills required.
