Role OverviewThe Loan Servicing Specialist supports the day-to-day servicing of consumer, mortgage, and home equity loans while delivering responsive service to customers, internal teams, investors, and third parties. This role performs a variety of loan servicing functions, including account maintenance, escrow monitoring, payoff processing, insurance claims, loan documentation, and research.
What You Will Do
Responds to internal and external operation requests via email and phone, including early phases of delinquency. Completes any necessary research and retains documentation in accordance with established guidelines. Performs new loan review and daily maintenance for Consumer, Mortgage and Home Equity Loans.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to five years previous mortgage servicing, or loan operations required, including time spent in preparatory positions
- ICE (MSP) experience preferred
