Role OverviewThe Loan Servicing Specialist utilizes a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail to identify priorities and deadlines and determine work schedules to meet those deadlines for processing loan servicing, tracking, and loan servicing-related payment processing.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include receiving and distributing payments, mailing letters, discharging mortgages, processing loan denials, and assisting branch staff with loan maintenance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of banking experience or related experience
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a team setting
- Ability to multitask
- PC skills at an intermediate level
