Job Description
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will create an energetic and engaging lobby presence, delivering personalized, culturally attuned hospitality to guests. Key responsibilities include elevating the experience for World of Hyatt elite members, championing the creation of memorable, brand-aligned moments, and providing strong guest communication.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or a relevant field
  • Ability to speak a second Language fluently
  • Good working knowledge of Reserve/Opera software
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends, holidays, overnight shifts
  • Physically agile, ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Les Clefs d'Or affiliation is required
