The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, and any other public spaces. The role involves attending to guest needs, handling maintenance issues, and performing room and house attendant duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state (property specific)
