Job Description
Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. The Lobby Experience Host will provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive at the facility, manage luggage, and oversee various operations including The Store, valet parking, and PBX operations.

Requirements

  • Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting
  • Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
  • Ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants
