Job Description
The Account Executive - Local Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, maintaining existing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within assigned territory and category verticals.
Requirements
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets
Maintain minimum revenue performance standards and achieve growth objectives year-over-year
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Provide weekly pipeline updates to management
Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities
Drive 70% of revenue from new business acquisitions
Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Develop deep expertise in assigned vertical categories
Provide strategic consulting and insights to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Present compelling presentations and pitches
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Develop account-specific strategies and tactical plans
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Document all client interactions and maintain detailed account records in CRM
