Job Description
The Account Executive - Local Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, maintaining existing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within assigned territory and category verticals.

Requirements

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets
  • Maintain minimum revenue performance standards and achieve growth objectives year-over-year
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates to management
  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Drive 70% of revenue from new business acquisitions
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop deep expertise in assigned vertical categories
  • Provide strategic consulting and insights to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Present compelling presentations and pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Develop account-specific strategies and tactical plans
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Document all client interactions and maintain detailed account records in CRM
