Role Overview

As a Field Admissions Representative, you'll interact with a diverse range of individuals, building relationships with dealerships, high schools, and local communities. You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently, with the opportunity to explore different neighborhoods, cities, and regions within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals.

What You Will Do

You'll be responsible for working closely with local high schools to recruit students and build awareness of Universal Technical Institute and its programs. You'll present to all levels of educators in high schools and other educational institutions, and maintain knowledge of Universal Technical Institute programs, financing options, and other pertinent information.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation and sales skills, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs. They'll be able to analyze and report data, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Experience with public speaking preferred
  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
