Role OverviewAs a CDL Driver, you'll handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for 9-11 hour shifts. You'll have the opportunity for competitive pay, weekends off, and no touch freight. You'll be home daily and have a great team environment.
What You Will Do
Handle all local truckload deliveries, drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van for 9-11 hour shifts, and deliver and pick up trailers within 150 miles making about 2-3 routes per shift.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll need to have 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years, a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle, and a PSP report score of 10 or below in the past 3 years. You'll also need to be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Requirements
- 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 23 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
- No record of being disqualified to drive
- Successful completion of a DOT road test
- PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
