Role OverviewThe Local Truck Driver position based out of Chattanooga, TN, will handle local deliveries within a specific area with care, professionalism, and precision. The role requires driving semi-tractor/trailers for up to 11 hours after 10 hours off-duty on runs of up to one week or more. The driver will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Federal and State safety regulations and safe and professional driving behavior.
What You Will Do
The driver will perform duties such as driving semi-tractor/trailers, backing trailers to customer dock, maintaining compliance with Federal and State safety regulations, communicating with customer representatives, and securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have a CDL A License, a minimum of 2 years CDL A driving experience within the last 4 years, and experience in load securement, route planning, and navigating various road conditions.
