Role OverviewThe Location Leader of Houston Operations reports to the Senior Vice President of the US Operations and has the primary responsibility to grow and deliver the Houston operation’s gross margin targets and ensures the best overall business outcomes. The Houston operation is a USD $1 Billion annual revenue business and is the center for major project full EPC project delivery in the US.
What You Will Do
Directs the successful execution of the pursuit and customer/partner relationship process, directs successful project execution performance, and manages the business by ensuring preparation of budgets and forecasts, developing and implementing annual subsector strategies and business planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 12–15 years of relevant single-and multi-discipline experience, including 5 years in senior project leadership and at least 5 years serving as a discipline manager or in a comparable leadership role.
