The Recruiter coordinates and utilizes the functional areas of recruitment, in conjunction with sales plan, to anticipate client requests for home care and staffing personnel.
What You Will Do
Coordinates staffing requirements, provides recruitment assistance, researches resources, develops and executes creative sourcing strategies, and identifies trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

Requirements
- Minimum level of education: High School Diploma or GED
- One plus years’ experience with recruiting; recruiting in home care/home healthy industry preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
