Role OverviewJoin Ambercare/Addus HomeCare and help older adults and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home. The Recruiter coordinates and utilizes the functional areas of recruitment, in conjunction with sales plan, to anticipate client requests for home care and staffing personnel.
What You Will Do
Coordinates staffing requirements, provides recruitment assistance, researches resources, and drives the field recruiting and hiring process. Develops and executes creative sourcing strategies, audits new hire employee packets, and coordinates general orientation of new hires.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One plus years' experience with recruiting
- Recruiting in home care/home healthy industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
