Lockbox Associate position in Remittance Processing department, processing account receivable transactions, sorting, scanning, and finalizing items. Requires accurate 10-key typing, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. Part-time position with potential for conversion to full-time.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred
  • Ability to accurately 10-key at minimum pace of 9,000 keystrokes per hour
  • Ability to use standard computer software (MS Outlook, MS Excel)
  • Problem solving skill with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide a high degree of customer service
  • Ability to operate in a volume-based deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to perform job functions independently
  • Ability to lift mail trays weighing around 25lbs
  • Ability to get up and down frequently
