Job Description
R. J. Corman Railroad Company is seeking a Locomotive Shop Manager in Lexington, KY. The manager will be responsible for the general maintenance of equipment, locomotives, and services repairs, and FRA inspections to ensure they are safely maintained in a quality.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience as locomotive, diesel, automotive or aircraft mechanic or Technical Certifications
  • Mechanical Aptitude and ability to make judgments regarding defects for repairs and replacement
  • Knowledge of locomotive components, locomotive diesel engine components, and FRA inspections
  • Prior shop management experience and a safe driving record
