Logistics / PSM Operations Lead

The selected candidate will provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management support across operational planning, tasker management, logistics coordination, sustainment planning, audit readiness, and Product Support activities.

What You Will Do

Provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management support for PM PNT programs, initiatives, and operational requirements. Coordinate completion of taskers in TMT/ETMS by consolidating responses from Product Manager team members and tracking actions through completion.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DoD logistics, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and Product Support Management principles and processes.
• Experience supporting Army and/or DoD logistics or Product Support programs.
• Experience coordinating logistics activities, taskers, action items, and operational requirements in a program office environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining short- and mid-range plans, schedules, reports, and program documentation.
• Experience supporting logistics audits, audit readiness, internal controls, or compliance activities.
• Experience coordinating meetings, IPTs, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with government personnel, Product Managers, engineers, logistics personnel, vendors, program managers, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with both classified and unclassified information.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
