What You Will Do
Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates, collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments, and use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.

Requirements
- Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
