Role OverviewWe are seeking a Logistics Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories at Durham, NC. The successful candidate will support the strategic direction and performance of the Logistics department by identifying and executing logistics initiatives at the local level. The role requires collaboration with internal and external clients on shipping regulations, import/export requirements, and logistics initiatives in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice.
What You Will Do
The Logistics Analyst will support the strategic direction for global logistics, execute local initiatives in accordance with project plans, provide consultation to Project Management, Sponsors, and CROs to support compliance with export and import regulations and practices, and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with sponsors, project management, couriers, regulatory agencies, and related companies.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of international logistics, including import/export and commercial regulations and procedures, and current certification in international and domestic air transport regulations. The candidate will also have a general working knowledge of lab procedures and previous experience with clinical trials.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-4 years relevant experience including 1 year in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of SQL, or Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics
- Thorough knowledge of and current certification in international and domestic air transport regulations
- General working knowledge of lab procedures
