Role Overview

This position will be a part of the Supply Chain and Logistics team, primarily focused on utility-scale projects. Service quality and cost efficiency will be the drivers to meeting and exceed our customers’ expectations through industry best-practices, metrics, and development of win-win relationships with internal and external customers and partners.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, validation of logistics costs, delivery planning, exception management and supporting Canadian Solar’s Key Account customers.

  • SAP / Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project Plan, Visio, etc.).
  • Project logistics experience preferably in renewable energy
  • Minimum of 5+ years in logistics, distribution, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, flexibility
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume logistics environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Warehousing/ Logistics Management equivalent working experience.
  • SOX Compliance understanding
  • RFP/purchasing/cost analysis and reporting skills
  • MRP, ERP, inventory management, carrier management experience
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
