Role OverviewAs a Logistics Assistant, you will be managing and coordinating international shipments from the United States to global destinations, ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations while driving on-time delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Prepare and manage export documentation, verify HTS classifications, coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, analyze transportation costs, and collaborate with internal teams to support seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in export shipping, international logistics, or transportation
- Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, FTR) and international shipping procedures, including AESDirect filings
- Familiarity with Incoterms and export documentation (BOL, AWB, SLI, Certificates of Origin)
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
